People who complain about lack of content are usually the ones that do the least amount of content. From all of your posts that I have seen in the last few days; I've been lurking and wow, I can tell you have likely never stepped foot into a raid when its relevant or at all. Gearing can be grueling, swapping jobs or playing alts is prohibitive and highly restrictive until two, sometimes three months in—despite the fact that's what most raiders want to do. This change will facilitate their ability to play as multiple roles or jobs within their group, which will ultimately lead to them playing more, not less.
Until you've been in a group and not gotten the drops you need for 5-6 weeks straight, you have no right to comment on the savage loot changes.
This has been requested for years, not to play the game less, but to make it easier for people to play and experience the game and its content on more jobs.
Unless you were involved in raiding, however, you would not understand why or how this has been a problem since the game's inception.
