Most efficient way to farm seals?

Just wondering if someone could advise me on the most efficient way to farm seals these days (solo or in a group), and how much I can expect to earn (let's say on a per hour basis).

Maybe Darkhold if you can speed run it with 4 people.

Caravan.

Except post-patch night where acquiring seals is the only real new addition. In which case waiting is. Let the caravans cool off for a few days then go in for 5 hours and get all the seals you need at once instead of getting a single run in every hour because 40 people are camping the Chocobo NPC.

can also do Toto but it is meh and you need 2 people.
