Typo on Loporrit Disco sign

The scrolling LED sign above the Loporrit DJ booth says "Musid" instead of "Music" when translated from the Eorzian alphabet

There is no typo :)

It is the font of the World Unsundered. Some letters are different here.

Look at the maps of Ktisis Hyperboreia, Pandaemonum, and Elpis. The capital C on them looks like the letter on the sign—and is really similar to small c of the Source. According to the lettering of these maps, the word “music” is written in capital letters.




Another example of difference in the letters
The sign at the Inventingway's stall says “ROBOT,” and its B is different from the modern one. It is the B of the World Unsundered, as in Ethoseletikos Boreas and Southerly Boreneus. The Black Shroud has another letter.

The dot matrix display sign gets a pass though given it's made lore wise by the loporrits who until recently still thought everyone dressed like the Ancients, that a forest was made of up glowing glass structures, and that their ideas of cruisine involved carrots and nothing but, so a typo on the sign is easily chalked up to "moon rabbit nonsense again".

Meta wise, this happens from time to time - the art team, like the majority of the development team. are Japanese and so they're not usually native English speakers (instead they only know it as romanji, without actual syntax and grammar), and thus odd typos and spelling mistakes do pop up quite frequently - the Eorzean map is a perfect example of that - so this is hardly unusual.
