    Well considering how many complain about double melded weapons and seal drop rates, I doubt it.

    From what I understand only 1-2 groups on the forums are actually doing the quest instead of complaining about it. Farthest I've heard is people getting all the AV items. They would still need to do Cutters and a bunch of other stuff first.
