Ifrit Extreme....What's Different?

Please, as soon as someone knows let the world know what's different about it since the patch notes didn't say much.

Is it the same old song and dance as hard mode just lil' Iffy doing more damage? Or do we have a new routine we have to get used to?

Also are drops different, did they increase the drop rate, etc?

At this point the only valid/non-troll conclusion is that the fight is purely for relic weapons. It's probably safe to say that's the only reason it'll be worth our time.
