    Samurai AoE

    Could Samurai's first AoE be swapped with that defensive they get at level 6. I am unsure why we need that defensive at level 6. It's very frustrating not having any AoE in low level dungeons. Could Ninja get a similiar treatment? I feel like all dps jobs should have an aoe by level 15.

    Shhhh. Don't bring SE's attention back to SAM. You never know what they might take next. Any situation that involves SE changing a class is pretty much making a wish on a monkey's paw -- you may get your wish, but it always comes with a price.

    Oh, and removing namakiri and putting midare back to its pre-6.0 potencies would be nice.

    It would be really cool if the game was coded to recognize when there are one or more enemies on your enemy list and change the animation based on that value. I'm actually quite sure they could do that, it would just take a little effort. But that would be a great way to consolidate these kind of skills across the board.

    I'm honestly surprised they haven't already consolidated a number of skills. SAM is just one example of a job that could do with a little button consolidation.

    450 potency to first target, 60% cleave to the rest.

    I agree with this. I would just hate to lose the varied animations.

    Some other actions would go in the reverse direction, starting out as flat AoEs and then gaining a stronger main target hit. Some other jobs can benefit from this as well.

    Another possibility is checking target count on cast: for example, Foul is 600+240n and Xenoglossy is 800...just make the Foul/Xenoglossy action check for two targets; if only one target then do 800 and if more than one target do 600+240n.
