    Before Maintenance Kugane market rate was zero.

    After the May 9th maintenance the market rate is now 3%.

    So why did it change because of maintenance?

    The rates can change daily between the rates of 0~5%.
    To see the current rates per city-state, visit any of the Retainer Vocates found at each main city market board location.

    The rate stays the same for 7 days. From Saturday to Friday. The rate should have not been changed; it was supposed to be at 0% until May 13th, 2023. I am wondering if this happens during each maintenance cycle or a bug. Really crappy they give us zero percent until next week, but yet the maintenance changed it for some unknown reason.

    Tax rate timers will reset during any server maintenance along certain other timers like hunt spawns.
