How-to Obtain Relic ^^;

I think I am going to hold off doing the Relic Quest for now. Not because of the conditions of it, just because I rather get a relic on a job I know will eventually be coming in the future like Musketeer or Thief. I don't want to make a relic for a job I probably won't play with in the future.

jkjk, u can collect the seals anyway, then u can go for the quest when thief or musk relics are available
