This all should just be common sense. It's literally just a video game.G'raha Tia doesn't exist. He's a fictional character. He has no thoughts or feelings of his own and there very likely isn't anyone in the real world who looks or acts like he does.
It isn't 'homophobic' to criticise or dislike a character. Some people will attempt to imply otherwise, though they also appear to be doing so largely on the basis of stirring the pot and causing as much drama as possible. Once again, I'll refer to something I posted earlier - for someone supposedly eager to 'keep a distance' from the poster in question, there's some increasingly desperate attempts to try and bait him into showing up to defend himself against abhorrent accusations.
I think it's pretty clear that this isn't going anywhere civil or productive, though and I'm not particularly interested in arguing excessively with individuals who seem to believe that they can police what gay men should be attracted to and want to see more of where fictional characters are concerned.
Not everybody comes here to engage in activism or to encourage grand societal change, after all.

Well as we can see from the past several pages this is what happens when a game that used to have strong pillars upholding it like good story and content fall to pieces. This isn't how I pictured Endwalker would go at all. By this point I would've wanted to be grinding some Lunar Ruins deep dungeon or relic zone set in Ivalice. Not dealing with people that as far as I care to read up on take issue with me not wanting to play a game where basic attractiveness has been subverted in favor of this:
But by all means, keep it along with Island Sanctuary, Variant Dungeons, and Eureka Orthos. The people who gleefully pushed out those of us who wanted a high fantasy mmorpg with cool aesthetics have won out unless we get a surprise in the NA fanfest when the 7.0 trailer drops us in Ilsabard instead of copypasted fantasy Australia with G'raha Tia flipping burgers in the background. With how dreadful content has been this expansion and with people all too eager to remind us that the "majority" are ok with this I can't imagine how it could get any worse.
I don't see why I should act repentant. Not like it matters now anyway. Etheirys has become a world devoid of the things that once drew me to FFXIV in the first place. All that's left after Endwalker is a world wherein no higher threats exist than those we've already defeated, no gods or religions of import save Venat's co-conspirators, no plot relevant kingdoms left to visit, characters that didn't grow after 10 years of waiting still around, and no new content worth doing until halfway through 7.0 probably. So what, 2025? That just isn't acceptable.
I look forward to seeing the Luckybancho and Steam metrics for the later months of this year, that's for certain. When FFXIV becomes this again, let me know.

Aren't both female Roes...? Don't see much of a difference in appearence.
Joke answer:
We have adorable Lalas. No need for sexy! Bonk police activated!
Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless
What's hilarious about all of this is that at the end of the day if we officially got things like attractive male cast members, better written heroines, and a new kingdom to explore, these types would still praise them all. Official sanction is literally all it takes for these things to magically not be problematic anymore.

They very well may be fine with all that, but that's not to say that they're not also content with what we have in game already. You take issue with the character/story design, not everyone does. What's hilarious about all of this is that at the end of the day if we officially got things like attractive male cast members, better written heroines, and a new kingdom to explore, these types would still praise them all. I'm not going to get into the argument about what people are attracted to, but I will say this these preferences are individual and I think it's hard to generalize based on X demographic.
That said, I am lucky in that I really do like all of the Scions. Some more than others, but I do like them all after all those years of going from co-workers to true friends. My WoL's preferences are of course instructed by my own, but his personal closest crew would be Hien, Kai-Shirr, and Y'shtola, along with Ranaa (Dancer), Widargelt (Monk) and Ardbert. I also consider my WoL to be an honorary adoptee of the Leveilleur family, seeing the twins as my younger siblings I never had, especially after spending so much time with thier mother.
In fact, the only moment I raised an eyebrow was when Ameliance suggested that I should pick out some sexy clothing for her to wear around the house. Excuse me Mrs. L, I'm no homewrecker!
Gotta say, I don't like the current iterations of Titanmen. If it's even him. Maybe some other people are just piggybacking on his notoriety.
Oh no, it is him - He's just been a bit upset and felt threatened that his posts and threads haven't been as memorable as some have in recent history from other people.
