    Ongoing controller issue - character randomly stops moving?

    I recently came back to the game. For some reason, regardless of which controller I use, my character will randomly just stop moving. It's usually not a problem and only happens occasionally, but it's sometimes in the middle of a dungeon. Not fun.

    Has anyone had this problem? What was the solution?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble using a controller for FINAL FANTASY XIV. If you believe that this is not a USB port issue, nor the controller itself, it may be a compatibility issue. Does the specific controller that you are using have any driver updates available for it? Additionally, what platform are you playing FINAL FANTASY XIV Online?
