you build TP fast at endgame but you still need to pay attention in the battles for example I'm a dancer, In Dynamis D runs, I use Haste Samba, Steps like Quick Step to lower the monster's evasion so my team mates can hit the target better and not miss as well as Box Step to lower the Defense of the mob, if the healer is struggling I will help put out a Devine Waltz 2 to help heal. you also have to watch out for NIN at 50% or lower HP because they can blow up, so better have your magic Evasion set / Damage Taken set on so you don't die lol

so no I'm not just auto attacking, I'm actively engaging, debuffing, Supporting and healing to help my teammates and for me to survive in content.

Yes people do Magic Bursts especially in Omen and Vagary which is endgame content.

I also play WHM/SCH with Yagrush and working on my second mythic weapon
