I know a lot of raiders will not agree with my take here but literally who cares if someone else buys an ulti glam from a hypothetical vendor.

Personally I don't care if someone buys an ultimate clear, as long as they don't try to claim that they cleared it themselves. Same thing with paying someone to clear Eureka/Bozja for you, I couldn't care less, just don't flex the rewards and claim you earned them if you didn't. However, I think that content and it's reward structures should be designed with the idea that everyone is participating in it themselves.
