To me, exploratory zones are not a must have for each expansion. They did gave us new things such as IS and V/C dungeon. Although they have many flaws but SE are improving them. It takes time to polish new ideas. This game is not perfect but to me this game doesn't have to be the best among the market.

I want a diverse market where everyone can find what they're looking for. I want XIV to be XIV. I don't think everything in XIV is perfect, but as of right now, generally speaking, I like the direction it is going and how social/causal it is continue to be. ( I hope)

I'm impressed anyone can even get to crystal anymore. Every time I queue its a 30+ minute wait. Shame really, cuz I enjoyed season 1 and 2 a lot.

Season 1 is especially fun because it was new and everything was chaotic, but in a good way



PVP in JP region is still quite active. You can still queue in Ranked match pretty fast even when the end of season is close at hand. We also have PF frontline matches quite often where each team will engage in well organized strategies and tactics
