Lodestone profile disappeared after transferring my character and waiting

I moved my character from EU (Cerberus) to NA (Cactuar), I was checking my lodestone page earlier since I'm waiting for it to update. It's showing the old profile then all of sudden it changed to "page has been removed" etc.
I also tried refreshing my character list but no luck.

I moved my character at around April 5, 2023 (9pm PST).

Currently more than 24 hours since I moved my characters. I also logged in today in the transferred world.

Still hasn't updated.. any thoughts about this?

You will need to login Spring Thief if this is the character you talk about above, and move areas once* and then logout, then you can login again and continue playing and the Lodestone will update the profile.

If it doesn't update still, I would sell an item on the Market Board and then login to the Lodestone and select your character in the list and view its retainer sales.

I've been moving areas since I still actively play the character.
As for #2, I can't even select the character from the lodestone character list since it doesn't appear there. I also tried buying a random item from mogstation and was able to receive it properly.

Still cannot access my lodestone as of the time of this posting.

Maybe it is related to the Maintenance on the NA Datacenter, I would report this issue for investigation.
For it to take this much time to update, something is wrong, and I checked your profile, it still doesn't show up at all, very strange.

If only we could ourselves hide our Lodestone profiles like this so nobody could view! it should be an option.

yep! I tried what you mentioned but still no luck at all, some people experienced the same issue so yeah..
I moved 2 of my characters from OCE -> JP and then my other one from EU -> NA on different times and got the same result.

Thread can be closed. It still took a while but my characters finally appeared after almost 7 days.
