ive heard that it comes from belts hands mrd/drg weps and wanted to know if anyone can confirm this

out of over 40 dated tarred belts i havent gotten ANY of the savage might levels

Hands Waist LNC ARC and MRD weapons.. you forgot ARC. but yea its rare, and belts can convert to 15 different types of materia so belts probably arent the best slot to try to make em from

theres like a 5% chance to make that materia ryry there is a chart floating around with the % of what materia you can get

My guess is it's got a really slim chance to come from a primal weapon, we had a ls mate make one of the newer materias off of the mogwand, I think it was magic attack and something else
