    Cookie cutter responses.. No help. Why?

    My friend lost his house on balmung. He is active weekly. He never got mail/email about the situation. He's been there 5 years. He put in multiple tickets before the house was bought, yet they say the same responses and offer no help or proof it was investigated.

    My question is, is a gm honestly there or do they just not care and if you lose a house. Why cant they talk and use the generated responses that offer no help, hope, or results. It's always the same. "Put a ticket in to the GM in game" but as soon as he does they immediately close it with nothing.

    I know GM's check this... There has to be steps or procedures..

    GM's can't do anything about it. Stuff happens, and your friend got the short end of the stick. As far as the 500 other threads created with similar issues-- nothing was ever done.

    Your friend failed to Maintain the Plot and the Estate was Demolished.

    In this situation, no help is available.

    If your friend didn't receive email warnings, the email provider is at fault and should not be used again.
