They should definitely disable DC travel before the xpac and force everyone to go to their home servers. I don't think duty queues will be an issue, but what will be an issue is going to be all of the people thinking they're smart and that they can DC/World travel for shorter login queues later. Even then, since trusts are a thing and a lot of people will be using those for their first runs through the story queues won't matter as much either.

Dynamis will go from having lengthy queues in-game to having lengthy login queues as players from the other 3 DCs travel on over thinking they're clever and that they can cheat the system. It's sad because it means Dynamis players get the worst of both worlds.
