Unable to complete msq solo duty against Lahabrea in Ultimate Weapon/Porta Decumana

Upon entering the solo duty instance against Lahabrea for the msq quest Ultimate Weapon, Lahabrea is untargetable, and can't start the fight. I read another post about this and was unable to reply to it. The consensus there seems to be related to iLevel, and needing to be 42 or higher, but I'm iLevel 86 and it still won't start. I'm on ps5, tried logging out and restarting the game, to no avail. I'm also an NA player making an EU alt, if that helps. Due to being on ps5 I can't really include any logs.

That seems to be a Bug in the game, so you should post this in the In-Game Bugs section of the Bug Reports forum that is located below this Category on the main forum page so it will get attention and fixed.
