Commendation during the dungeon/trial/etc

I don't know if this has been suggested before, it would be nice to select your commendation for someone during the trial/dungeon so they don't miss out if they leave quickly.

This would work well if it was possible to also change your commendation before the trial/dungeon finishes if someone else has performed better.

I really think this will make the final part of the dungeon feel less rushed, as you know the person you wanted to commend has already been selected.

People who wants player comms tend to stay a bit after it is finished..
Those who dont care will rush out..or any new players who doesn't know.
