Lighting bug with character lispstick in Limsa Lominsas lower decks.

Character name: Felli Gardener

In-game time: Any time during the daytime with clear skies

Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa lower decks, similar issue but not as obvious noticed in uldah the steps of nald

Steps:
1. create a female Midlander Hyur with the light lipstick setting
2. walk onto the white marble on the lower decks, outside and during the daytime,
with clear skies
3. observe that your lips are glowing white
4. step inside a building, or onto a wooden walkway (note not all of the wooden walkways fix this bug)
5. observe that your lips are no longer glowing white

this here is the bug/lighting error in question



notice how the character's lips are glowing white, in game the glowing is far more noticeable and distracting.

as can be seen the issue no longer persists

notice that my character is standing on the white floor but there is no lighting issues
