Extremely sad that this is the only game in the world probably where people unironically use the excuse that "it gives them the time to play other games because they don't have to play this one" as a reason for why the game is good. Literally = The game is good because I don't have to play it. WTF, then don't, and let us get a game some of us do want to play.

It's like they get off on taking away things others like to do and laughing in their face when they've destroyed it. Which sadly, is a very common human behavior.

This is what we call bad money management and is not the great counter point you think it is XD. You really shouldn't be paying for subscriptions you don't use. People do this all the time with things like Netflix, Amazon prime, game subs, etc. etc. It's your life to live and your money to spend, but it's not smart and shouldn't be used as an argument.

Enjoy your Manderville Relics - if they can even be called relics at this point.

They are not relics just a free weapon you get .

Only things like Castrum and Dalriada to be honest. Which is fine to be honest. People forget, that this game is an MMORPG which wants you to socialize with other people. And as you can do both in 2, preferably in 4 people, I never had a problem getting them in PF or instance to do both when I felt like doing them.

Delubrum have 8 man runs in PF for relic all the time.

The rest of Bozja content is soloable pretty easily. The instance scalling is crazy and I miss doing 1 mil crits with assize back in ShB doing solo CE. Just dont be scared trying your lost actions. They give you massive damage boost, or surviability. And you can always use shout chat and somebody can help you. I would give it a go and maybe you even find more friends that way. I sure did.

Dunno chief. Calling a content, that is run to this day pretty often (Dont know about NA DC, but we at EU run these pretty regullary. Savage Delubrum around twice a week too), still have plenty of rewards for people who dont have them, profitable for those doing them as a lot of stuff is sellable... a failure? Compared to Endwalker content? That seems weird to me.

Only thing I loved in Endwalker is, how they made PvP more casual-friendly and the pass system is amazing. Even tho i miss Feast, making it more fun for the whole audience was great idea. Also love they are bringing back the championship. But sadly, I just cant say more about the rest of the content.

Also, for those who always accusse others of being a "complainers" and "spending time on forums too much"... They do, because they care about the game. They want to have a more reasons to stay in the game, but they dont, so they spend their sub time on the forums arguing with people, who thinks their opinion about how is the game doing great worth more, than any others (and vice versa).

So just listen to what you write. If you write to a complainer, who isnt happy, that the game is doing perfectly and you have still things to do... Why should they care about you. They dont. They have reasons why they are not happy with the game and want it better. They share their opinions and are scared about state of their favourite parts of the game... until they leave for good for not being listened to.

If you still enjoy the game and have no complaints.... Thats amazing! We are happy for you! Like, seriously. but thats not anti-argument to someone, who isnt enjoying themselfs that much.

You dont need more" - I will see many rolling eyes over what Im gonna say, but I heard same things back when our country had communism and we didnt even had rights to travel abroad, as "we didnt needed to". We didnt had many basic rights ofc, but thats not my current point. I know this is extreme to say, but it just gives me same vibes. I know that this is just a game, not goverment regime and I can leave the game any time I want... but I dont want to. I still love this game and is currently only MMORPG I can enjoy. Maybe it is because of me, but somehow, I expected more out of this expansion we hyped so much. So telling me to leave FF14 to me, feels same, as people back in the day telling me to leave my country I loved. I dont want to. I have people I care about in this game that I dont share other games with.

Do I take breaks? Yes. Do I play every day? No. but currently, my sub money doesnt really provide me with enough enjoyement. "Then unsub" - Cant, as sometimes I do content like BA/DRS/PvP events etc I want to participate in and its just not worth unsubbing with the hassle of mogstation. Also, I still care about my housing.

tl;dr: People complaining should be more chill, but on the other hand, people dissmissings their opinions/fears/feels are as bad as trolls and should be just ignored.

The thing with relic progression as is for me is: Im gonna do one for the Hildy story and maybe another 2-3 for ultimate stuff. Im gonna do the rest of them in next expansion, when they become doable via poetics. But so far, I dont like their design that much, they dont have substat selectable stage yet and have no grind (which would make zones more lively, worth doing them rn). Im just turning my tomes into money, so spending them on relics is little useless for me rn.

But hey. At least in next expansion, I will have new poetic sink while leveling.

If only they actually could unsub without becoming homeless and getting back very little of what they put into their house.

Just another reason why Island Sanctuary should be our personal housing. Because with that, this would no longer be a problem.
