It's very optimistic if you think SE is going to bother redesigning a healer, especially when they've stated that they have no clue what to do with Scholar.
I think the more realistic motivation behind SE finally adding fairy glamour is that they're currently working on new job actions for 7.0 and realized that if they cut the two separate Summon Selene/Summon Eos buttons into one general "Summon Fairy" button, they'd have a free slot on the hotbar without having to cut any heals, much like how they combined Summon Seraph and Consolation going into 6.0. Get rid of Repose too and now they've got two spaces for buttons and can kick the healer can down the road for another 3 years. I sincerely believe there's not any motive in it beyond that.
