202x is the era where blocking everything or demanding others to adjust for you is normal. And you are stating to him to just accept the current state? weird. Thats not how 202x goes.

A voidlist where you hide others from your screen (and also be hidden to them), is a fine solution. And this could even go along with allowing them to chat to you (since the blocklist works for that function). It doesnt disrupt anything, and when in the same party by random they will be displayed anyway (as even the current blocking excludes this case).
