Hello all

Just a question,

While doing savage raids or any casual raid, Ive noticed a lot of weird lagg. This is a lagg where i dont physicaly see my abilities go off (via character action) but I see they are going off via action bar if that makes sense. Sometimes when I move my character the legs aren't moving at all. Also sometimes everyone on my screen would stop moving ( but the action is still going on) and then everything in the fight just speeds up to catch up to where its supposed to be video wise. I hope this makes sense.
Anyone else get this from time to time?

What is the root cause?
