FC housing permissions need to be changed

Suggested change to housing permissions for fc estates:

The housing permission members have should be tied to their rank. This means that the ability to interact with consumables, fish in tanks, fish on canvases, and paintings should be part of the rank permissions. Currently, any member, regardless of permissions, is able to remove fish and paintings despite that being part of house decorating. And when removing these items, they are destroyed, not put in the person's inventory. So a brand-new member with no permissions is able to just walk up to a fish tank and remove fish.

This feels like an oversight as the only way to prevent this situation from happening is to remove the ability for members to enter the fc house. That shouldn't be the only way to keep that from happening.

I agree 100%. I find it weird that an FC leader has so many permissions to control what happens in the FC with housing, yet there is no setting to lock down both paintings and fish.

It seems like a simple change to the command list that FC leaders have to give permission to allow or disallow others to contribute or in your case destroy those items.

Yeah, this is a massive oversight by the dev team. It requires permissions to put a fish into the tank, but ANYONE within your FC can remove it. The fish tanks are not sandwiches placed on a table, it makes absolutely no sense that this is the way things are.

It would be a nice feature that you need a certain step up to be able to tamper with stuff.

The sandwiches on the table should also have permission. This has come up many times over the year but people constantly have to Rebuy 100k sushi because some jerk FC member keeps eating the restaurant decorations

You know, I was wondering why the fish in my FC house kept changing. I wasn't aware anyone was able to just remove/add fish as they wished. Guess thats why every fish tank we have is routinely filled with "Archer Fish."
