Just make sure that you use the template that's in the stickied post in that forum or it'll be disregarded because it wasn't in the correct format.

Well people have said this same thing a few times, but I've yet to see one person actually report it using the proper channels.

What I'm saying is that I did not receive any emails about an auto demolition. I've checked several times now.

I sent in several tickets, called, did chat support. They've basically told me to piss off. I finally was finally able to explain this to one GM and they are escalating the issue to see why it happened. Problem is that they already sold my house and it became an FC estate, and being on Balmung I'm SOL to get another house, maybe ever.

I log in weekly to do, island stuff and go into my houses on the down months where I don't play as much because I'm not currently raiding. I've done it without fail every week for over 5 years in this house and since housing came out for my FC's house.

If this "escalation" doesn't pan out (if it even happens) I'm not sure what else to do. It's super shitty and I feel like I've wasted a ton of money and time into that house for it to just vanish when it shouldn't have. I wouldn't have subbed probably 3 years of months over the last 3 expansions if it wasn't for that house.

Did they not like, check your log of activity to see the last time you entered the estate?
Did you ask the GM to check if it is even possible for them to find this out, as I am not sure myself, but have had them tell me exactly when an FC estate was demolished and they seemed to know who did it and when they last entered the estate to take all my furnishings.

I would request they check, and also go check the Resident Caretaker NPC to verify the estate status and get the furnishings and Gil refund.
If it was bug and you had not waited 45 days, you shouldn't receive anything one would think. Maybe someone has access to your account too, ask them to check login stuff?
