What were you expecting? They're the most powerful weapons in the game thus far, and they benefit their respective classes greatly.

It's not that much different from Mythics in FFXI: Treasures of Aht Urghan, where getting a Mythic weapon required doing ZNMs, Salvage, Einjerhar, Nyzul Isle, and all assaults...twice.
