Nope its just Ifrit, because in the Patch notes they only require Ifrit Extreme, and this is the "Concluding" part of the quest.

[dev1445] The concluding part of the quest “A Relic Reborn” has been added.
* This repeatable quest is necessary to obtain special job-specific weaponry, and will require a great deal of time and dedication to complete.

Based on the above addition, the following adjustments have been made:
New treasure chests have been added to Dzemael Darkhold.
Monsters in certain behests now drop new items.
* These items can be obtained regardless of quest acceptance.
New rewards have been added for high-level caravan escort missions.
New faction leves have been added.
A more difficult battle against Ifrit, fought in the Bowl of Embers (Extreme), has been added.
* In order to gain access to the Bowl of Embers (Extreme), you must have accepted the quest “A Relic Reborn” and fulfilled certain conditions. Furthermore, only parties consisting of eight Disciples of War or Magic of level 50 or higher will be permitted to

Nope its just Ifrit, because in the Patch notes they only require Ifrit Extreme, and this is the "Concluding" part of the quest.

here's the catch - in order to take the Ifrit Extreme quest you must obtain items from DH, Caravan, Behest, faction...etc...etc....etc...

Seems they gonna make you do Dzemael Darkhold also for relic quest lol.

So ifrit extreme requires you to have started the quest. to start the quest you'll need the 25K seal item (and now we need another 25K seals to get last rank) and the 9 hamlet seals. They said they did add new factions for new drops and new drops to existing behests. I hope they added hamlet seals and that is what theyre talking about. hamlet is killing me repeating for maybe 1 seal for a random person in the group lol >.< especially when it requires such a specific setupish

pretty sure they wont add hamlet seals to faction leves,lol

seems alot of people are upset that they wont have all the quest done in one day.

I dont have a problem with not getting it done in one day. What i do have a problem with is having content that requires an almost specific setup that takes 20 minutes to do perfect and 15 min cooldown per run, for maybe 1 seal out of 8 people. Bad system is bad.
