Same here, and yes we really do need a billion topics about this exact same thing. Why? Maybe SE will actually view it as a problem. Just because there are the lucky few who NEVER DC, a whole bunch of people do constantly. It's sometimes unplayable. No idea what causes it, but I'll dc constantly some days, and then others I can play for 8 hours straight, not dc once. It 100% has nothing to do with my system, internet, provider, router, nothing. It's entirely on SE's server side. I know everyone keeps saying "everything will be fixed in 2.0" and junk, but come on, lets fix this issue today SE.

Look, I have had this problems forever, and I kept coming in this section hoping for answers from reps/devs. There has only been one reply, which basically says they know there is a problem and that they are trying to figure it out..... but never did.

So I learned to live with it and am sure they are not gonna put effort to fix "dead servers walking", since 2.0's ones are ready and 2.0 is around the corner.

As for the number of threads I personally think that 1 thread with 100k likes is better then 100k threads. my humble opinion, though.
