In any content that needs coordination on who is healing who, it's probably best to use voip.
It's always faster and more reliable to hit your buttons, not use a macro.

Uh please no sound. That’s just annoying. I block everyone who uses sound in their macros.
All we need is already available in the party list and raise macros are superfluous anyway.

The only time I ever macro'd raise in this game was to Yell "ARISE CHICKEN! CHICKEN ARISE!" when cast during that duty... and I may have let the tank who was wearing a chicken suit die a few times just to use it... >.>
Raise macros are so irritating and unoriginal. If it's anything more than "raising player x" then it's too much.
Raise macros are dumb and most of the time filled with dumb unfunny text that only they think is funny while the rest of us are annoyed by the spam.
I play as sage and have a macro saying <T> is alive Igor. Finally my research has bore fruit muhahahaha. Then again that is me. I didn't realize people have lost any sort of humor and take things way to seriously these days.
Thing is people want healers to raise them, not to start roleplaying with them. Anyways yours is still tame, compared to others I have seen in some content tho
Mine was always, "You've been working pretty hard, <t>. You deserve a Raise!"
But I disabled it due to getting tired of seeing it myself. It's what happens when you're the only one in your party healing during 8/24 man content because the other healer is DPSing and ignoring healing.

Remember the warrior berserk pacification macros? Hahaha.... /throw table
More on topic for a solution- SE should have people being raised marked in the party list by who, and mark who has been separately to that.
