Sugestion: Retainer Venture type gathering for Island Sanctuary

The Granary system does not provide a targeted enough method to gather island resources effectively. While rare resources are a guarantied return, all other resources are subject to RNG. This often leads to foraging expeditions that fail to bring back any desired resources. I would like to see a system where we could gather specific resources similar to what we currently have for gathering retainer ventures. For example, pay a mammet 100 Cowries to go gather 10 island laver.

Another option might be to allow a "goods exchange" where you could turn in one resource for another based on some sort of exchange rate.

it's called gettin down and dirty and gathering it yourself if you're running low on certain things - i'm lookin at you laver and hemp and tinsand. *shakes fist*

At least tinsand has a decent gathering circuit, but island laver? Grrrrr.......

Yeah, obviously that's what I've been doing, but for something that is supposed to be chill content, single node gathering just feels bad.
