We would like to apologize for the error you are experiencing. We would like for you to try a few things to see if this helps with this issue.

- Delete locally saved content. This can be found by going to 'My Documents' > 'My Games' folder. (Be sure to back up all of your settings in-game)
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card. Although this may not be necessary, it can still sometimes help.
- Reinstall the game once more after doing the step provided above.
