"But I still have POTD to do~"Its the same argument they all use.
They fail to realize that XIV actually existed before the great WoW exodus took place, and many players completed the average day to day content grinds years ago.
The ones that have been here for years and still say there is a ton of content, literally don't do half the content anyway, most of them have never touched a single raid, normal or savage, or taken part in trials outside of the MSQ.

ARR and early HW was bad, sure. But SB absolutely had far more content than now.Actually, it was worst during those times, believe me you will be sitting in Limsa for hours and hours on in. By the way, there was no DC travel and if you are not on a populated server or in a established FC, you were screwed unless you transferred. Mostly, it was the social bit that got many players through those times in fact the club scene came from those days.
Terrible state?!?! I think that OP and any of those ones that is complaining did not play 1.0 at all or any of the patches up to 2.4.
Which is humorous when you consider that in the process of doing this they've created their own structured society that some people dislike almost as much as rl and try to avoid to the best of their ability while still playing the game.
All MMOs have to do that to some degree, it's been nice seeing FF have one again since NAs has been gone since the end of Stormblood.
Someone has to defend and protect the giga Chad who's opinions are facts. And who's voice the devs solely listened to in the past. Who only likes Hollywood's imagery of Midieval Western Europe. Only can love the muddied, soaking wet, starving artist, monochromatic gray scale during a famine that smells for manure and piss. Nothing else is allowed to be loved. Extra points if a character like Judge Claude Frollo is ordering a bunch of impoverished children to die while giving a monologue similar to the lyrics of the song Hellfire.
Oh, you don't have Necromancer Title? Yep, definitely still have POTD to do!
Better stop complaining..
