They already did but you choose not to engage in it. If all you do is sit around the base and wait for others to spawn CE's and Skirmishes then yeah you're gonna be bored, that's not on SE to fix though.

I honestly should'nt be surprised since people like to assume negatively about literally everything if it doenst "sound" like what that person is saying is with them but against them.
