100% agree. Few weeks ago, coming into the last spawn, blue was winning. My team was in 2nd. We found ourself in the situation of:
    1. If we leave blue alone and go after the other 2 nodes, blue wins.
    2. If we stop blue from winning, yellow gets the other 2 nodes and they win.

    I'd prefer 1v1.

I’m grinding the Steppes map for a mount. At 62/100 currently since I started around November/December.

Yesterday played 3.5h, first time I just got a single win when the map was available. I usually get at the very least 2.

It’s beyond frustrating. Worst is, when you start to lead and both teams steamroll you nonstop, there’s nothing you can do.

1v1 would be better, have less frustrations and we’d get shorter queues.

Stay strong friend. You will get there. I finally got mine last time Onsal was around and it took 15 matches to get 4 wins...it's a struggle but the mount is well worth it. Easily one of my top 5 now.

A lot of people in frontlines don't understand that except if you have a really good party, the killing other players part of frontlines is not gonna be what's make you win. Playing the Nodes is. To do that, people have to keep their map open and go to the nodes as soon as they spwan. That doesn't garantee you a win, but it sure helps. I don't really like to make a call to say that before the game starts, because I feel it's obvious and don't want to sound preachy, especially since I'm not that good at pvp, but I often regret not doing it after.

Sounds more like rng than a 1v1 thing.

1v1 in frontlines would simply lead to who gets bh5 quick, and then steamrolls the other team. Rng would be even more prevalent since it'd be all about who gets the best players (who you quickly recognize) on their side. They'd just be in your face all the time with 1v1. This can be seen in RW.

Whereas 1v1v1 gives a more equal chance and at any point in the game, node rng included, since good players -even if from opposing teams- will shut down the bh5 from the leading team or farm the packs of casters to quickly rack up bh if they got a late start. And that's why it works in this game for such a casual mode.

Thanks ! Almost there but it can be really frustrating at times. I even didn’t bother for around 2 months when I had a break.
With the next patch it will be easier since they’ll remove one map from the rotation and I’ll be able to grind every 3 day.

If they added more interesting maps or fixed balancing people would enjoy front lines more but it seems like the devs just literally do not care about anything that goes on in the PvP world, judging by how little feedback gets to them, or even gets considered.

The Rival Wings are 1v1 and so is CC. It's nice to have something different in frontlines. Getting steamrolled by both enemy teams or one after another is usually what lands the team in the last spot and when any team has nothing to loose and still a match to play...well I can't see how anyone can be blamed for going after the winning team or either of them, it's sensible not spiteful and I love it when people go down swinging and get creative. The initial objective in frontlines is to roll over at least one of the enemy teams and retreat at the right time, if failed all that is left is to farm one of the teams, if not for the sake of winning then at least getting some kills, assists, some practice, fun... I had enough long loosing streaks to understand how frustrating it can be but does it call for an internal or external adjustment? I have my mounts from frontlines, some titles I liked, yet I find myself coming back for any excuse. Once the content sticks with you like that, you know you enjoy it but it will test your patience before you can get there.
