    Frontlines really frustrating

    So, I'm sure we've all been there, and I know I know, Frontlines is just casual unbalanced content and so on and so on, but man, I just want a certain freakin' white coat and I've been trying my best to spam Seal Rock when it's up to get it.

    But honestly- what the heck is going on? Is my luck *that* bad? (Probably yes) I've suffered a total of 14 losses in a row now, in all of those 14 games, it's the exact same story the team in last place actively works to aid the team in first place-

    It's even happened when it was my team that was last place! It's just not fun, Frontlines are not fun, but I WANT them to be, I just want to feel like I'm actually getting to compete though not spited out of the game by whoever is coming in last.

    Is is it just me? Does anyone else find it soul-crushing? Anyone else wish Frontlines was just 1v1 instead of 1v1v1? Feels like if it was just two teams competing it'd feel a lot less frustrating losing due to the spite of a third team.

    the problem is that there are rewards for winning, if the mode didn't have that it would be actually fun

    the best way to increase your winrate it to do callouts/command or dc travel if your DC is not much for pvp

    The real character arc of doing callouts for your entire team and learning strategies for FL to get the armor set called "Field Commander" is really cool.

    If Frontlines has you down...might I interest you in some Rival Wings?

    The tome event has queues popping all day and it's way more fun. I'd say it's a good inbetween of CC and FL. Wish they'd put more into it...

    First off, if you've got top spot it's pretty much gg unless you've got the rng of being grouped up with multiple skilled pvp players and you can snowball with quick bh5.

    But even as a single player you can have an impact in a map like seal rock. There's no saving a team constantly fighting away from the points, but other than that people have a tendency to follow who's in front (especially when nodes haven't spawned/respawned yet), and it's also easy to pull packs of 5-6 players away from an objective without dying as a melee like ninja.

    PvP is the best it's ever been. We need more of that in PvE.

    The fact that DR is still as high as it is after how long means they don't really care about making frontlines less frustrating for specific classes.

    In some other MMOs I've played, 1v1 teams with pugs have often resulted in an immediate defeatist attitude and teams just folding the second the opposition gets the lead.

    1v1v1 has some serious frustrations built in, like how the third team can end up just utterly tunneling a fellow losing team and handing the leading team a free win, but I'll take it over consistently having one-sided steamroll 1v1s where one team is just clearly superior with little recovery potential.
