Will there be new things to spends Causality on?

Mao askings if there will be new things to spends Causality on because Mao fully geared ups on all three of Mao's favorite jobs already and Causalities almost maxed. At least with Astronomies Mao can buy mats for crafter friends. Astronomies also taste better than Causalities (ok, Mao may have been chewing little bits here and there, on stones).

When 6.4 comes then there will be new crafting mats to spend causality tomes on.

Causality will just replace astronomy, astronomy will become poetics.

Causality will be used for buying crafting materials and used later in 6.5 to buy the Rain item to upgrade crafted 6.4 gear to 650ilvl.

The cycle is always the same.

Weekly-cap tomestone (Causality) buys gear.
Old weekly-cap tomestone (Astronomy), now uncapped, buys crafting materials as well.

In 6.4, it will become...

Weekly-cap tomestone (Comedy) buys gear.
Old weekly-cap tomestone (Causality), now uncapped, buys crafting materials as well.

and Astronomy will be unavailable.

Actually Astronomy will become Nuts-bought gear. Anything after it (i.e. Causality + new tome gear) will become Poetics gear in 7.0. Much like the Ronkan and Deepshadow gear from ShB.

Unless you're making multiple Manderville weapons, they run out of use pretty quickly.

Can check the prices of Alche-mist on your server. That's used in pots. And the other mats used in 640 gear might still sell decently.
