Cannot locate House I Bid On

This most recent bidding phase I bidded on a plot in Limsa Lominsa.
When the results phase came I checked the timer to see if I won the plot or not.
All it says for me is "Results Phase" under the timers and does not tell me where the plot is located.
If I did not win the house that is fine, but how will I get back the gil I bid?
To my knowledge you need to reclaim that money from the board no?



I did submit a ticket but I did not realize there was no way for them to respond back.
What do I do?
Am I misunderstanding the system?

Go to Duty menu then click on timers [Ctrl+U] then click on estate. Then should tell you where your last lottery bid was.

I did that, hit Ctrl+U to check my estate timer.
When checking the Estate timer it does not tell me where my last lottery bid is located currently.
I guess I could try going from one area to the next to check each placard but I was hoping there might be an alternative.

Did you make sure to click on the Housing Lottery Status in the Estate timer window? Afaik that should open another window with the specifics on your bid.

I did that before when I won a house (it got demolished for not entering it), and this time when I click, I get no other menu. I tried on my other computer too and another laptop to be sure it was not a system issue.
