    Teleport to Tempest

    I need to get back to Tempest for my Story Quest, but i forgot to bind the Atheryt.
    How can i get there without the Atheryt?

    Teleport to Wright. Travel SW to Venmont Yards. Talk to one of the Ferrymen.
