Because F'lhaminn is a Seeker of the Sun clan member of the F tribe, her clan name is F'lhaminn, however her given name is Lhaminn.
Minfilia was partially raise as a child by F'lhaminn, as such she considered her her mother.
As such, she uses the more familial name Lhaminn a lot when talking about her mother.
Think of it like this; a daughter of, say, Sir Patrick Steward would likely not refer to her dad as "Sir Patrick" when speaking of him in a semi-casual manner, but more likely say "Patrick".
Very close friends and family can drop the clan letter. Y'shtola and her sister Y'mitra would just call each other Shtola and Mitra. Krile and G'raha are very close friends, so she addresses him as Raha. As Kirika said, F'lhaminn is Minfilia's adoptive mother, so Minfilia would just call her Lhaminn.
