SUGGESTION: MSQ Roulette Cutscene Skip Voting System

I want so suggest a mandatory cutscene skip voting system after entering a msq roulette (during the black screen before intro cutscene)

The system is that 4 players will vote to skip the cutscene then if anyone votes 'No' the cutscene wont be skipped.
All 4 players must vote 'Yes' for skipping all cutscenes and a minimum of 1 vote for 'No' to play all cutscenes.

Only the result will be displayed so that the one who voted 'No' will be anonymous to avoid flaming.

Optional 1, if there is a first timer on the party automatically cutsnenes are unskippable. Tho being a first timer doesnt mean you havent already watched the cutscene, player might be an alt character or is plainly progressing on the game and doesnt care about the story at all.

Optional 2, rewards wil be reduced upon agreeing to skip cutscenes (Please dont)

Optional 3, forgot if msq roulette can be a fixed party (PF),if it is, to avoid abuse on fixed party just to skip cutscene for easy rewards which will lead to first timers not having party on actual msq roulette, voting system must be off on fixed party(PF).

People might just leave if someone votes to watch cutscenes. And then you'd also need two separate XP payouts since it only gives as much XP as it does because you have to watch cutscenes.

It's not even that bad anymore. Just either settle in for it or don't queue.
