60 day game time applied then vanished from account

I buy my game time from Amazon, have done so since i started playing about 2 years ago, same seller. This time when i went to apply it, i couldn't find the registration code area, I attempted to even put the code in where you do game keys out of frustration. But after searching found you can clear your cookies and the appropriate link will appear. This worked, and i attempted to put in the code, which came up as invalid. Again this is the same place i have purchased digital codes from for several years and they have never had issues. After another search i found you can sometimes get it to work by using an Incognito window, and after attempting this my game time was applied and when i logged into the game it was there. Logged into the next day (Today) and all the game time i added is gone. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Edit: I ended up using Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome, and all the missing links appeared and it accepted my code. Will have to see if the time vanishes again or not...
