FFXIV doesn't mind if you do 18+ activities - in private instances - with consent. If they are actively doing something lewd in public then that can be sent to TOS/the mods. As bad as Limsa is/can be on most worlds/datacenters, they're not typically acting things out in a way that can be detected if you're running the game normally.

Also, what if I like ponies and have Mare in my name? I literally named my in-game characters' last name after a pet cat I had.

Yup. See those. But if that's all? I don't see the issue. ACT has been a mainstay for ages and they honestly could give more UI options. Wish I could change the enemy status info bar from the 10x2 one to the 5x4 setup like with the player Enhancements and Enfeeblements ones.

I only ask, because it felt like they were trying to imply the folks cheated or something. And having watched the VOD of the clear...I personally don't see anything fishy. Just...a very insane strat at play.
