    I am willing to bet they are even so unoriginal that the game has a Cid...

    which although borderline tradition, would be a reuse of name assets.

    no interest in 16 myself, but if the OP is so concerned... maybe they shouldnt buy it, unless they are just popping this out there to be a troll

    Nope, that's the scruffy guy in Waloed who was banging Benedikta, Barnabas. Cid is the other scruffy guy who's always hanging around Clive in recent videos and the power of Ramuh awoke in him.
