PLEASE FIX WAIT TIMES

every time i sign in to play theres a 30 min- 1 hr wait time to do anything outside of roulettes. i dont want to pay a sub to spent 50% of my time in queues. most other mmos dont have this problem. please figure out a way to fix this our you will loose customer base.

What are you trying to que for that it takes that long? Also this has nothing to do with localization. As this section is about errors or possible errors in spelling and grammar. Or the rare time the game has an npc steal the lines of another npc.

Most other MMORPGs do have this problem, actually. Tanks and healers are usually more in demand than DPS in any game because DPS are less responsibility for an average player. There are a lot of ways that this problem gets solved. Sometimes they allow you to enter and clear without a tank or a healer, they allow you to change role/spec, do the content at a higher gear level without syncing or they allow you to solo it (sometimes with NPCs).

Usually you will only queue for content when it is your first time. Once the MSQ and all side content has been completed for the first time, you just have roulettes and new content. If you are in a queue that lasts more than 40 minutes, it is likely that you are trying when most people in that server's region are sleeping or you are trying to queue for content that people don't queue for and use Party Finder for instead, such as extreme and savage.
