This is a tired point of view. 'I don't like something so it much be bad please change!' Maybe PVP isn't your thing. It's a big game go play what you enjoy. The only thing that sucks about the series is a problem with the currency which you can find everyone complaining about some thread of another. Trophy Crystals suck because they just don't have enough uses and variety of uses. But you can trade currencies 18 times to get some meager thing that you can sell! Like any of us need more Gil. That currency is also pointless. xD

Stop putting fomo rewards that can only be exclusively obtained for a limited time in only one part of the game. FF14 ignored pvp and anyone interested it for what 4/5's of the games lifetime? PvE is very solid in this game and pvp isn't. People see amazing rewards in the battlepass and notice that the pvp experience is like a thousand times worse than the pve experience and don't want to miss out on the sweet cosmetics, whats wrong with that?

Then what would you call putting actual good cosmetic rewards that are equivalent to raid tier sets like from battlepass 1 and 3 that have unique purposes like being obviously plate / tank cosmetic gear that can be put on any job even boosting the value of people wanting something rare on a limited time event to never appear again once the time limit is up? FOMO = Fear of missing out. Fear of missing out on sweet cosmetics that you'll never be able to obtain again if you don't get them now.

It is called a reward for people that enjoy PvP. If you want it that bad then do the easiest grind ever. Otherwise stop crying over a digital cosmetic.
