While the Dynamis players are just making their own problem by refusing to stay on their own data center "because no one queues for anything there" (just stay put and the queues would naturally happen), since a good majority of them moved their for housing plots, what SE should do is automatically demolish houses if you spend X amount of time away from your home data center. Maybe something like 240 hours over the span of a month (roughly a third). So if they hit that 240 hour mark their house is automatically destroyed. Yes it'd be an extreme, but it would get them to actually use those servers instead of SE wasting resources on them.

This is not player made issue, they're doing what's more convenient for them, just as they should, and just as devs should expect. Devs are fully responsible for having 00s server infrastructure that seems to only handle 8 servers per DC and DF/PF cannot handle cross DC.

Mate, those players are the ones getting fucked by SE. Because housing is garbage, players who want house need to go to new server/DC to have any chance of getting one. And as result, they become victim of even more garbage system. Most importantly, they're still paying customers, we shouldn't need to do any of this in a first place.
