How can PVP be totally fixed?

I dont pvp in games that don't allow you to pvp in open world so I personally dont care. I'm a firm believer in 1v1 combat when it comes to pvp, I highly disprove of team pvp So add open world pvp and I will do it. Also the fact pvp is in its own area, q it ruins the entire point of pvp for me its suppose to feel like an actrual combat not a *shrug* just when people are in a zone and expect it kind of kills the enjoyment for me. I much prefer rdm2 where I can just go shoot someone at any time at any second, or diablo 2 engima teleport into a baal run and poison nova the entire group.
