How can PVP be totally fixed?

PvP is already fixed and fun and if you don't have fun with it that is totally alright, you can totally go and play stuff you have fun with. Not everything has to be changed just to cater to your specific taste. If you want something that carries prestige, go work for it. I love the ultimate weapons. But i will never raid Ultimates, it is just not my type of content. But do you see me screaming for SE to put all the old ultimate weapons in the treasure trove? Nope ofc not.

Fact is PvP is more popular than ever and not a dead gamemode anymore like it was before the changes.

You can also play in ranked where people actually care about winning. Not that difficult. People who are out for the rewards and casuals will usually play unranked.
