Prediction: Female Hrothgar will be human-like, not beast-like

My take on femHroth has always been that they will be ideally something very niche and that scant few people will play, and I would personally never play, because we already have popular options, getting Miqo'te 2: Catallic Boogalloo would be pointless, and if even one person has their experience enhanced by its presence, it wasn't a waste of resources, because that's literally the point of having multiple races, to have variety to fulfill various different tastes.

Imo the queen art was what Misjia was supposed to look like but they decided not to use that for whatever reason, they have said they were drawing up concept for them and the second seems to me the most likely one for them to do since they'll probably base it on female roe while having pronounced snouts like males. It being popular or not is not a concern for them since they are making it for those people who want a more beast race like male hroth

You'd think they would be more popular considering how prominent elves are in fiction and fantasy, but they are just not as attractive as some of the other race choices in the game. If female Hrothgars are made more on the beastly side, they will suffer the same fate without question. If the dev team wants players to choose this race, they will undoubtedly have to contest female Viera, Miqo'te, and Hyur.

My prediction is they will resemble Cheetara from Thundercats.
